I will provide a free return label when the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Templates, Digital Products, Gift Cards, and downloadable plans are non-returnable.
Items purchased from I Made That Today can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is in like-new and re-sellable condition with the original packaging. Returns will be approved by I Made That Today within 30 days of receipt.

Once approved, we’ll pass along your pre-paid return shipping label and all the instructions needed to ship back your item.

Return shipping labels need to be printed by the customer returning the product and affixed to the original box.

Return labels expire after 30 days. If you need more time, please contact us.

Returns are typically inspected and processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

If the return reason is not accurate or the returned item is not as described, you may be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.

Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be debited back to the original payment method.
All Digital Plans are delivered via email immediately after completing checkout. You should receive an automated email from I Made That Today with your Digital Files. The email will contain a link to download your plans, and you will be able to access the files at any time.
Why am I having trouble opening the Digital Plans?
In some cases, the digital plans are in a .rar file format in order to compress the files and save space. You can open these files by downloading a free .rar file extractor such as WinRar (Windows) or The Unarchiver (Mac), which are both free programs.
Our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx) may have delivered to an alternate entrance, lobby, or to a neighbor by mistake. We recommend checking these places to rule this out as a possibility.
It's also possible that your order is still on the way but was mistakenly scanned as delivered. This is very common during periods with heavy shipping volume such as the holiday season.
If your order still hasn't arrived after 5 business days of being marked as delivered, please reach out so we can investigate this issue further.
